About the Role

As a Business Applications Developer, youll support the full software lifecycle, design, build, deploy, and maintain apps using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365. Working closely with the IT Manager and stakeholders, youll gain hands-on experience with cloud technologies in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. A great opportunity to deepen your Power Platform expertise and drive innovation across the business.

What Youll Do:

  • Application Development: Design, build, and deploy solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages) and Dataverse.
  • Dynamics 365 Support: Customize and integrate Dynamics 365 to meet business needs.
  • System Maintenance: Maintain and update legacy systems to ensure smooth operation.
  • Platform Administration: Assist with administration and upkeep of Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Fabric, and Dataverse environments.
  • Technology Research: Investigate and recommend innovative technologies to improve processes.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain system documentation, reports, and outputs for transparency and analysis.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to understand user requirements and improve project outcomes.
  • User Support: Provide assistance and training to end users for smooth adoption and issue resolution.

What Youll Bring:

  • Certification: Microsoft Certified Power Platform Developer Associate or actively pursuing certification.
  • Dynamics 365: Hands-on experience working with Dynamics 365 applications.
  • Project Lifecycle: Skilled in full project lifecycle from scoping and design to development, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Version Control: Familiar with Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly express ideas and lead user engagements.
  • Learning Mindset: Eager to learn new technologies and frameworks to stay current.
  • Time Management: Experienced in managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
