Graduate EA for a high-profile hedge fund founder who can offer true right-hand support and understands the pace required to operate at this level. Key Responsibilities

• Lynch pin between the business office and family office, coordinating diaries
• Managing private projects across property, leisure, wellbeing, and family
• Overseeing complex diary and inbox management, ensuring prioritization of the founding partner’s time
• Engaging with C-suite executives, investors, and senior stakeholders

Who We're Looking For

• Graduate with experience supporting at founding partner or C-suite level within private equity, hedge fund, venture capital, or similar high-performance finance environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional organizational and proactive problem-solving skills
• High professionalism, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Confident communicator with experience liaising with senior stakeholders
