• Liaise with parents and guardians to discuss student progress.
• Participate in departmental meetings and school-wide professional development.
• Provide pastoral support and guidance to students as a form tutor (if required).
• Undertake a share of the responsibility for the extra-curricular life of the school.
• Adhere to all school policies and procedures, including safeguarding.
• Keep up-to-date with educational trends and developments in Business and IT.
