• A qualified teacher (holding QTS or equivalent).
• Experienced in teaching Business and/or Economics at Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 (A-Level and/or BTEC).
• Passionate about Business and Economics and able to inspire students of all abilities.
• An excellent classroom practitioner with strong behaviour management skills.
• Committed to raising student achievement and fostering an understanding of the real-world applications of Business and Economics.
• A collaborative team player who is willing to contribute to the wider school community.
• Dedicated to their own professional development.
• An inspiring Business and Economics Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging Business and/or Economics lessons across the relevant Key Stages.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of student attainment and progress.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes critical thinking and real-world application of concepts.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the department and across the school.
• Contribute to the development of the Business and Economics curriculum.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress.
• Ensure the safeguarding and well-being of all students.
