We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Teacher of Business and Economics to join our successful and forward-thinking faculty in East London. Starting in September 2025, this full-time, permanent position is ideal for both newly qualified teachers and those with experience.

You will have the opportunity to teach Business Studies and Economics at Key Stage 4 and/or Key Stage 5, with the chance to make a real impact on student achievement. We’re looking for someone who holds UK QTS, has strong subject knowledge, and is committed to inclusive, values-led education.

Our secondary school is proud to serve a diverse community with a curriculum that is ambitious, traditional, and rooted in equality, inclusion, and high expectations. As a UNICEF Rights Respecting School (Gold Award), we prioritise student wellbeing and nurture thoughtful, socially aware young people.

In return, we offer a supportive environment focused on professional development, including weekly CPL sessions, NPQ qualifications, and a paid early start in July for ECTs. You’ll benefit from a large and engaged A Level cohort, a staff wellbeing programme, on-site gym and parking, streamlined workload policies, and a collaborative teaching culture.

If you believe in education as a force for positive change and are ready to inspire future business leaders and economists, we’d love to hear from you. Interviews may be arranged immediately, so apply without delay.

Apply now for this Teacher of Business and Economics role, to be part of a school where students thrive, and staff are truly valued.

We are dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expect all staff to share this commitment.
