We’re looking for a Business and Change Analyst to help translate business goals into robust digital solutions, ensuring both technical soundness and real-world impact.

Working at the intersection of technology, business, and change, you’ll be part of the Digital Transformation team, partnering with stakeholders to define needs, design scalable solutions, and guide successful adoption of new systems and processes.

What You’ll Do

  • Gather, analyse and document functional and non-functional requirements across diverse teams
  • Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for developers, architects and data teams
  • Map and optimise current vs. future state business and data processes
  • Contribute to solution design with a strong focus on feasibility and user impact
  • Collaborate closely with IT, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful build, testing and deployment
  • Product high-quality documentation – including user stories, process flows, data mappings, and SOPs
  • Support change initiatives through stakeholder engagement, user training content, and go-live readiness
  • Champion user adoption, helping people adapt to new tools and ways of working

Who You Are

  • Systems thinker – You see how parts connect and anticipate downstream impacts
  • Technically fluent – You’re comfortable working with data flows, system behaviours, and logic
  • Excellent communicator – You translate ideas across technical and non-technical teams
  • Change minded – You focus on realising user needs and business value
  • Detail-oriented analyst – You thrive on structure, process and clarity
  • Collaborative team player – You work across functions to get things done

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in digital, IT, or transformation-focused roles
  • Proven ability to document requirements, facilitate workshops, and manage change
  • Experience working on system implementations, integrations, or platform enhancements
  • Experience creating SOPs, guides, and business process documentation
  • Familiarity with agile, human-centred design, or service design principles (a plus)
  • Exposure to change management and user adoption strategies
  • A strong grasp of both business and technology contexts
