About the role

We are looking for a motivated Data Analyst Manager who is passionate about discovering what the data says combined with a strong business sense. As an IC, you will draw from your practical experience to produce the highest quality data analysis and business insights. Your recommendations will be used by the business to shape decision-making and guide strategy for business optimisation and growth. You will act as the dedicated analytics partner within a business team, interpreting large volumes of data across sources including Google Analytics, Tableau, and internal databases.

As a Business Analyst Manager you:

• Excel at articulating and communicating analytical conclusions to team members and partners at all levels.
• Communicate and influence using data, producing convincing cases and recommendations.

Experience you can bring:

• Proven track record of delivering high-quality analysis by distilling large, multi-layered data sources into actionable insights.

• Proficiency with analytical tools such as Excel, Tableau, or equivalents.
• Experience using SQL for data access and manipulation.
