Position Summary:

Diaceutics’ Insight Solutions (IS) Division engages with pharmaceutical customers as thought partners to deliver valuable insights using our multi-modal DXRX data platform.

The Business Analytics (BA) Lead within Insight Solutions is crucial for success. The individual will manage a BA team of customer-facing consultants, ensuring high-quality engagements and demonstrating the value of Diaceutics’ data products and platform. Experience in Life Sciences and performing analytics on US healthcare claims, pharmacy, EHR, and diagnostic data are required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Be a resource and point of escalation for the team internally and externally.
  • Coach and encourage the team to ensure clients utilize and gain maximum value from Diaceutics data; performing previews to ensure deliverables are high quality.
  • Drive excellence in customer management through stakeholder mapping exercises and plans to engage, communicate, and secure renewals.
  • Understand client needs and help team translate them into Diaceutics solutions via accurate scoping and clear proposal and SOW development.
  • Advance efforts to scale through automation, digital transformation, and subscription-based product and dashboard delivery models.
  • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving to identify improvements, develop new processes, and ensure adherence and best-in-class operational performance.
  • Conduct common line management tasks, enabling the day-to-day operations of the team (e.g., performance and time management, travel & expenses, resourcing).
  • Advise the team in supporting business development efforts, helping to identify opportunities that would expand use of Diaceutics data across pharma accounts.
  • Utilize internal systems to track key business metrics for the team (e.g., SalesForce).
  • Collaborate with other team leads to drive operational excellence towards targets.
  • Support operational planning, performance, and execution of departmental strategy.
  • Ability to travel internationally to meet customer and business needs.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Key Attributes Required:

  • Knowledge: Hands-on knowledge of US healthcare claims, EHR, pharmacy, and diagnostic real-world data; knowledge of the US healthcare system; knowledge of Life Science companies.
  • People Skills: Demonstrated career progression, leadership development, and people management of remote teams in complex, high pace environments.
  • Customer Service / External Impact: Ability to grow key accounts while keeping customer centricity top of mind.
  • Initiative and Independence: Evidence of independent work to drive successful outcomes.

Knowledge and Specialist Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field, required. Advanced degree in business, desirable.
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of proven experience leading customer-facing teams to deliver real-world data to pharma via SaaS or analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Sigma).
  • 5+ years experience of leading and managing a team, including performance management.
  • Computer and software Knowledge and Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, skilled user of Excel and PowerPoint.
