Technical Staffing Resources (TSR) are the in-house agency and master vendor for KBR, a leading global engineering, construction, and services company.

KBR supports the hydrocarbon and government services markets across six continents. Serving their customers through diverse business units, KBR offers challenging assignments on some of the world's largest and most complex projects.

We are looking for two Business Analysts for an 18-month contract based in Warrington or Cumbria.

On Offer:
  • Competitive hourly pay rate
  • Remote working with occasional travel to site, two or three times per month
  • IR35 determination - Highly likely to be outside, so engagement through an LLC is permitted
Responsibilities / Experience:
Essential:
  • Experience engaging with the business to identify and document requirements as outcomes or outputs
  • Experience analyzing complex projects and programmes, including:
    • Providing clear examples where analysis informed key stakeholder decisions and drove value for money
    • Business case development and benefits mapping
  • Ability to present ideas clearly in plain English
  • Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and integrate into teams
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Desirable:
  • Understanding of Business Analysis frameworks, value cycles, processes, requirements, and UAT methodologies
  • Experience working in a regulatory environment
  • Experience delivering within a transformation programme
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
Essential:
  • Degree qualification in an IT/IM discipline
Desirable:
  • ITIL Foundation and Practitioner certifications
