Job description

WorkDay's Adaptive Planning Redesign:


1. Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to understand, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications
2. Design and architect Adaptive Planning solutions that align with organisational objectives and financial planning processes, ensuring scalable and efficient planning structures
3. Configure and develop Adaptive Planning sheets, models, and reports to support budgeting, reporting, and planning processes
4. Design and implement integration solutions between Workday Financial Management and Adaptive Planning
5. Conduct thorough testing of configurations and customisations to ensure system reliability and accuracy
6. Manage system integration between Workday Financial Management, other operating systems, and Adaptive Planning
7. Drive change management initiatives and provide training to end-users
8. Document technical specifications, process flows, and system configurations

Tableau BI development:


1. Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
2. Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
3. Create detailed functional specifications and process documentation
4. Drive user acceptance testing and training
5. Map data flows between enterprise systems and reporting solutions
6. Technical Implementation including (i) develop financial dashboards using Tableau, (ii) Create automated reporting solutions using Python, (iii) Build and maintain ETL processes, (iv) Design data integration workflows between enterprise systems
