Essential Competencies and Credentials

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree from a reputable university in business, economics, data science, or a similar discipline.
• Prior internship experience in IT, startups, B2B, or consulting businesses.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; a foundational understanding of Python or SQL is advantageous.
• Outstanding analytical and communication abilities, including the capacity to explain complicated information to audiences who are not technical.
• The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced startup setting and cooperate well in a team.
• Have the drive to grow professionally, have a significant influence, and assist STRATOS in realising its full potential.
• Proficient in German.
