Role Overview

The Change Partners are currently working with an iconic travel brand that is hiring a Business Analyst.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for scoping requirements for a new booking/revenue system implementation.

Please note this role is remote with occasional travel to the office, up to 2-4 times per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Own delivery of requirements for the booking system, working with PMO and technical teams.
• Identify problems, design solutions, and deliver technical specifications.
• Create business and functional requirement documents.
• Build use cases and models for user interactions.
• Develop process models for improvements and traceability matrices linking to deliverables.
• Maintain the requirement traceability matrix (RTM).
• Confirm benefits and prioritize requirements.
• Perform process mapping, build schematics (across functional and technical domains), and create workflows.
• Analyze data and generate insights for teams.
• Engage with stakeholders across functions and levels.
• Understand and utilize API data.
• Create detailed business requirements for IT, commercial, and digital teams.

Your Experience

• At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience with travel booking systems is preferred; similar experience will be considered.
• Strong skills in analysis, requirements gathering, stakeholder presentation, and project mapping.
• Proficiency in English is required; French language skills are a plus.
