Job summary

Lorien is seeking a Business Analyst for the Post-Award Services Transformation Programme in City of London. The role is onsite 2 days per week and a 6-month contract inside IR35, paying £450 per day.

You will map current processes, facilitate workshops, analyze data and design future-state operating models to support improved services and governance across Finance, Operations, Technology and Service Delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering technology-enabled change programmes.
• Experience in requirements elicitation, process modelling and BA techniques.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Map and document current ('as-is') processes.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and interviews.
• Conduct business process analysis and pain point assessments.
• Produce solution options and recommendations.
• Design future-state processes and target operating models.
• Gather, validate and document business requirements.
• Support the development of a multi-year transformation business case.
• Review processes relating to research-funded staffing, partner payments, foreign currency transactions and research finance operations.
• Help shape digital improvements, including timesheet solutions and management reporting dashboards.
