? Business Analyst / Consultant (Telecom + GRC) – London (Hybrid)

Inside IR35 Contract | 2 Days Onsite | Telecom Sector

We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Consultant with telecom and GRC exposure to partner with business leaders on a high-impact transformation initiative. This hybrid role blends strategy, agile delivery, and senior stakeholder engagement.

? What You’ll Do:

• Lead workshops/interviews with senior stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements

• Bridge the gap between business, offshore dev teams, and product owners

• Drive agile roadmaps, sprint alignment, and cross-team coordination

• Champion virtual collaboration (Miro, Mural), innovation, and agile best practices

• Document future-state processes and support GRC integration in business workflows

• Influence change, streamline processes, and enhance stakeholder engagement

• 6–8+ years as a Business Analyst / Consultant

• Telecom and GRC project experience strongly preferred

• Strong Agile (Scrum/SAFe/Kanban) and facilitation skills

• Hands-on with Miro, Mural, BPMN (a plus), ITIL/eTOM familiarity a bonus
