Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join the Business Change Team within the Corporate Customer Service area. You will be the lead officer responsible for delivering transformational change through developing effective business solutions for Housing Management and Asset Services within the Place Directorate. Your role involves from discovery to implementation, including gathering requirements, process mapping, system testing, and supporting digital system implementations that make a difference.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Builds positive relationships with technical teams and service users
  • Takes ownership and keeps others informed through collaborative working
Key Requirements:
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in ICT, particularly in the use and knowledge of software applications, business systems, and information systems. Level 2 English and Maths. Prince 2 foundation or equivalent project management experience. Business Analysis – foundation or equivalent business analysis experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in an environment dedicated to developing business solutions involving technology or business change.
  • Proven experience in requirements elicitation, process modelling, and system testing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, to communicate complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
