Business Analyst - Support Strategic System Transformation Across BDMC, HR & Finance
I am currently recruiting for an exciting Business Analyst opportunity within a top-tier law firm known for innovation, excellence, and a collaborative culture. This role will support a wide-reaching transformation programme across Business Development, Marketing & Communications (BDMC), Human Resources, and Finance, playing a critical role in analysing processes, gathering requirements, and supporting the implementation of best-fit technology solutions.

Cross-Departmental Impact: Work directly with senior stakeholders across BDMC, HR, and Finance to identify, map, and prioritise improvements.

Lead requirements gathering through workshops and stakeholder interviews, translating needs into clear documentation.
Map current vs future state processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for system and process improvements.
Conduct vendor assessments, manage RFP processes, facilitate demos, and build scoring frameworks to support selection.
Translate functional requirements into actionable roadmaps and delivery plans.
Collaborate with internal Technology and Procurement teams to ensure both technical and commercial alignment.
Support planning and migration strategy for Finance’s transition to Aderant Sierra/Stirdyn cloud.
Strong business analysis experience, including process mapping, documentation, and solution scoping.
Excellent analytical and communication skills, with an ability to extract and refine detailed business requirements.
Understanding of CRM systems and HR platforms, ideally with vendor evaluation experience.
Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and cross-functional delivery.
Proficiency in presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Proactive, productive, and solutions-focused.
Personable and able to build strong, trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation.
Calm under pressure, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Clear, concise communicator with excellent documentation skills.
