Business Analyst Support, Inbound Supply Chain

The candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining complex SQL queries, scheduling and refreshing ETL jobs, automating manual tasks using Python, building data pipelines and dashboards, handling deep-dive requests, modifying existing analytical frameworks, and providing data support to stakeholders. The person should understand business requirements, quickly identify root causes of reporting, BI, or data issues, and draft effective solutions, especially during peak periods like planning seasons. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about analytics, BI, and automation.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines, queries, reports, analyses, and dashboards to support business decisions, ensuring data accuracy.
  2. Collaborating with stakeholders to understand needs and automate or improve processes.
  3. Learning and applying new data and analytical techniques.
  4. Solving business problems through data-driven solutions.
  5. Innovating to improve existing work or develop new ideas.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • At least 2 years of experience in data analytics or automation.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, scripting, MS Excel, table joins, and analytical functions.
  • Experience with data mining tools like SQL, SAS, SPSS, or similar.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Knowledge of data pipelining and data extraction using SQL.
