Why Rolls-Royce?
There's a Business Analyst opportunity to join our Data Management & Transformation team to help the business drive efficiency and insight through data. The team works across the business to help promote best practice with data, and to assist teams in data management challenges, either through improving data quality or through providing tools to help to manage or visualise data.
We're a leader in propulsion system design and development for the Royal Navy's nuclear submarine fleet and the sole provider and technical authority.
Join us and we'll provide an environment where you can be yourself. An inclusive, digital-first culture that invests in you, gives you a platform for continuous learning, and access to an incredible breadth and depth of opportunities to grow your career.
As the Business Analyst you will help to identify improvement opportunities in the business, manage the stakeholder to developer interfaces and to drive organisational engagement with the team. The team is demonstrating the value of data for resolving some of the organisations long standing challenges, and in doing so is enabling Rolls-Royce to be a brilliant partner to the Ministry of Defence and the Royal Navy.
We offer excellent development, a competitive salary and exceptional benefits. These include bonus, employee support assistance and employee discounts.
Your needs are as unique as you are. Hybrid working is a way in which our people can balance their time between the office, home or another remote location. It's a locally managed and flexed informal discretionary arrangement. As a minimum we're all expected to attend the workplace for collaboration and other specific reasons, on average three days per week.
What you will be doing:
You will be supporting the deployment of new data management policies and tools across the business, helping to promote a positive data culture throughout the organisation.
