Job summary

Daintta is hiring for a pivotal role based in Cheltenham to deliver client projects while enabling others through leadership and collaboration. Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse, and document business and operational requirements.
• Facilitate workshops with operational users, technical teams, and senior stakeholders.
• Produce high-quality requirements documentation, process maps, user stories, and use cases.
• Support capability gap analysis and options assessment.
• Translate operational needs into actionable technical and delivery requirements.
• Support testing, acceptance, and business readiness activities.
• Ensure traceability from requirements through to delivered outcomes.

Location?

Hybrid, with 2-3 days working from Daintta office (London or Cheltenham) or on client site as required.
