Job summary

Jobtailor in Greater London is seeking an experienced operational project manager to own internal initiatives end-to-end, removing bottlenecks and translating concepts into actionable solutions.

You will orchestrate content between technical architects and commercial teams, support pre-sales and client-facing decks, and build wireframes in Figma and process maps in Miro, delivering executive summaries to leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in requirements gathering, workflow optimisation, and milestone execution.
• Hands-on ability with Figma and Miro to create visual prototypes, wireframes, and process maps.
• Experience leveraging AI tools, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and automated workflows, to accelerate analysis and documentation.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and align them with commercial outcomes.
• Exceptional initiative, accountability, and clear communication skills to present to executive stakeholders.
