Job summary

Aqovia in London, England, seeks a pragmatic Business Analyst (Solutions Consultant) to own complex internal initiatives and accelerate decision-making across finance, product, and engineering. You will translate concepts into actionable workflows, create visuals with Figma and Miro, and present executive updates.

You’ll bridge strategy and technology, support pre-sales, client decks, and partner arrangements, while maintaining a single source of truth for team documentation and tracking

Qualifications

• Experience in requirements gathering, workflow optimisation, and milestone execution.
• Hands-on ability with Figma and Miro to create visual prototypes, wireframes and process maps.
• Experience leveraging AI tools (LLMs, prompt engineering, automated workflows) to accelerate analysis and documentation.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and align them with commercial outcomes.
• Exceptional initiative, accountability and clear communication to executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an operational right-hand to our UK Operations Manager, someone to take proactive ownership of complex internal challenges, bridge technical and commercial teams, and drive business velocity.

What You’ll Do

Drive Initiatives: Own internal operational projects end-to-end, removing bottlenecks and translating concepts into actionable solutions.

Bridge Strategy & Tech: Orchestrate content between technical architects and commercial teams, supporting pre-sales, client-facing decks, and partner management (NDAs/MSAs).

Design & Systematise: Build interactive wireframes, process flows, and presentation materials using Figma and Miro while establishing a single source of truth for team documentation.

Track Velocity: Evaluate workflows, manage deliverable timelines, and deliver executive summaries directly to leadership.
