Salary: €50,000 - €60,000 (ROI) or £36,000 - £42,000 (NI) + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

Working Pattern: 9-month Fixed Term Contract | Full Time | options available

The role

Our Business Analyst will work with the business to plan and roll out training, create scripts, update web content, map out changes to core business processes, and help translate regulation into business process.

You will

• Work with the business to clarify requirements, plan implementation, and answer queries through the development process
• Identify, determine, and document end-to-end business processes
• Attend external workshops, present updates to the business, and host internal workshops for feedback
• Carry out scoping exercises during early stages to identify key issues and establish clear direction
• Identify and assess business risks

You have

• Experience supporting business-critical changes in a similar role
• Hands-on experience organizing and running workshops
• A clear understanding of the gas and electricity industry, metering standards, regulations, and UX/CX
• Experience providing business updates across multiple areas
• Background in creating business process documentation and redesign
