A leading energy company in Northern Ireland is seeking a Business Analyst to work in a hybrid role. Responsibilities include planning and rolling out training and documenting business processes. The ideal candidate has experience in the gas and electricity industry and a strong background in business process documentation. Salary ranges from £36,000 to £42,000 with a performance-related bonus and various benefits.

The role
Our Business Analyst will work with the business to plan and roll out training, create scripts, update web content, map out changes to core business processes, and help translate regulation into business process.
