Job summary

Accenture plc is expanding its Secure Transformation Services team in London and other UK locations. The Business Analyst role supports transforming public and private sector projects with user-centered design, agile methods, and AI-enabled approaches.

You will work with diverse business and tech teams to translate needs into clear, testable requirements and ensure measurable value delivery for clients across regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Performing discoveries and planning, conducting, analysing and communicating findings grounded in user needs.
• Collaborative, inclusive approach to design for diverse user populations.
• Experience leading workshops with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
• Interest in AI advancements and applying AI to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Translate business needs into traceable requirements with measurable value.

Responsibilities

• Elaborate epics and user stories from concepts to playable units for developers.
• Collaborate with Design and Research teams to integrate user research into elaboration.
• Maintain physical and digital Agile boards alongside Delivery Manager/ Scrum Master.
• Define definition of ready/done and acceptance criteria for UAT.
• Work with BA peers, Product Managers, Delivery Managers, Technical Leads and QA on site.
