About the Role:

Seeking a Business Analyst and Scrum Master to enhance our technology and operations team. This dual role involves improving Sales & Distribution (Order to Cash) processes and facilitating agile practices as a Scrum Master. The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to analyze challenges, deliver solutions, and promote agile methodologies across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analyst Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals.
• Analyze complex business problems in the Order to Cash domain.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements for development teams.
• Manage project lifecycles from requirements to post-implementation support.
• Work with legacy and modern ERP systems (e.g., SAP ECC or S/4HANA).
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects across regions.
• Ensure quality documentation and user-centric solutions.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and coach teams in Agile best practices.
• Identify and resolve impediments to progress.
• Foster collaboration among diverse teams.
• Monitor sprint progress and ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience as a Business Analyst in Sales & Distribution (Order to Cash).
• Experience as a Scrum Master for Agile teams, preferably across multiple locations.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical, organized, and proactive with problem-solving skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
• Knowledge of CRM or CPQ tools.
• Understanding of financial systems and processes.
• Experience working with external vendors.
• Flexibility for project and BAU activities.
