About the Role:

We seek a dynamic Business Analyst and Scrum Master to join our technology and operations team. This dual role will improve our Sales & Distribution (Order to Cash) processes and facilitate agile delivery as a Scrum Master. The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to analyze challenges, deliver solutions, and promote agile practices across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analyst:

• Build relationships with stakeholders to align technology with business goals.
• Analyze and resolve complex business problems in Order to Cash.
• Translate needs into functional requirements and collaborate with development teams.
• Manage project lifecycles from requirements to post-implementation support.
• Work with legacy and modern ERP systems (e.g., SAP ECC or S/4HANA).
• Handle multiple projects across departments and regions.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and user-focused solutions.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and coach teams in Agile practices.
• Identify and remove impediments, promote collaboration, and track progress.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience as a Business Analyst in Sales & Distribution (Order to Cash).
• Experience as a Scrum Master for Agile teams in multiple locations.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Organized with the ability to manage priorities.
• Proactive and eager to learn new technologies.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
• Familiarity with CRM or CPQ tools.
• Understanding of finance systems.
• Experience working with external vendors.
• Flexibility to support project and BAU activities.
