About the Role:

We seek a dynamic Business Analyst and Scrum Master to join our technology and operations team. This dual role will improve our Sales & Distribution (Order to Cash) processes and enable agile delivery as a Scrum Master. The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to analyze complex challenges, deliver scalable solutions, and promote efficient agile practices across European operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals.
• Analyze and resolve complex business problems within the Order to Cash domain.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and coordinate with development and configuration teams.
• Manage project lifecycles from requirements gathering to implementation and support.
• Work with legacy and modern ERP platforms (e.g., SAP ECC or S/4HANA).
• Handle multiple priorities across departments and regions.
• Ensure quality documentation and user-focused solutions.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach team members on Agile best practices and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
• Promote collaboration among culturally and geographically diverse teams.
• Track sprint progress, manage timelines, and ensure key milestones are met.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Sales & Distribution (Order to Cash).
• Experience as a Scrum Master for Agile teams across multiple locations.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, especially in Sales & Distribution (preferably SAP).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with advanced problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with effective multi-priority management.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn new technologies and methods.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC.
• Knowledge of CRM or CPQ tools.
• Understanding of finance systems or processes.
• Experience working with external vendors or consultants.
• Flexibility to support project and BAU activities.
