About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a growing defence portfolio. You will work closely with stakeholders to define requirements, develop business cases, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Create Business Cases and detailed requirements documentation.
2. Ensure project benefits are identified and monitored.
3. Provide IT governance assurance for non-functional requirements.
4. Use business analysis tools to solve complex problems.
5. Ensure solutions align with stakeholder needs and document process changes.
6. Engage with project sponsors to maintain scope and compliance.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a complex environment.
• Active SC Clearance (minimum) with willingness to obtain DV clearance.
• Background in defence, engineering, or manufacturing.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with large-scale business change projects.
• Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Relevant qualifications would be beneficial (e.g., BCS BA Practitioner, Six Sigma Black Belt, IT, etc.).
