Job Title: Business Analyst - Salesforce & DocuSign

Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM and DocuSign to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and driving end-to-end implementation of CRM and eSignature solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce and DocuSign.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Facilitate workshops and conduct gap analysis to align solution capabilities with business processes.
  • Work closely with Salesforce administrators, developers, and DocuSign integration teams to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Perform UAT coordination, create test cases, and validate solutions against business requirements.
  • Ensure proper documentation of processes, configurations, and enhancements.
  • Assist in change management and training activities related to Salesforce and DocuSign implementations.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience with DocuSign (CLM or eSignature modules).
  • Strong understanding of CRM workflows, case management, lead management, and customer lifecycle.
  • Experience in data mapping, integration projects, and API-related requirements.
  • Ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and BRDs/FRDs.
  • Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have:
  • Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification.
  • Experience with DocuSign CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management).
  • Domain experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, or Real Estate.
