You will join our dynamic team and play a key role in driving strategic change and operational excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of a forward-thinking organisation, where your analytical expertise and stakeholder engagement skills will help shape the future of our business.

If you're passionate about solving complex problems, improving processes, and delivering impactful change in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.

About the role

  • Analyse and document current business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement across systems, teams, and workflows.
  • Evaluate solution options through structured risk, cost, and benefit analysis to support informed decision-making.
  • Perform business process modelling and requirements definition for complex initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Scrum teams to translate business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Support the adoption of consistent analysis and modelling standards across the organisation.
  • Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to scope and prioritise initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
  • Identify barriers to change-whether operational, technical, or organisational-and propose practical, people-aware solutions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the business analysis practice by sharing insights, refining approaches, and championing best practices.
About you
  • Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst, with a track record of delivering impactful change across multiple business areas.
  • A background in Asset Management, Wealth Management, or Capital Markets is highly desirable-but we also welcome BAs with strong experience in other domains.
  • A commercial and customer-focused mindset, with the ability to balance strategic goals and operational realities.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with cross-functional Scrum teams including developers, testers, and product owners.
  • Comfort and capability in delivering projects that involve both business change and technology change.
  • Expertise in business process modelling, requirements gathering, and translating complex concepts into actionable insights.
  • Experience working on data-driven initiatives or digital transformation projects is a plus.
  • SQL, Excel, BPMN, PowerPoint and PowerBI skills are highly desirable but not essential.
