Business Analyst (Contract)

Global Fashion Retail Implementation

Location: London (Hybrid)

Rate: £550-£600 per day (Outside IR35)

Duration: 6 Months

We're partnering with a globally recognised fashion retailer on a major international implementation programme and are looking for a talented Business Analyst to join the team on a 6-month contract.

This is a high-impact role where you'll work across global teams to deliver business-critical solutions that enhance operations and customer experience. You'll need to be hands-on, analytical, and confident engaging with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements across multiple regions and functions.
• Translate data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Support delivery from discovery through to implementation and testing.
• Take initiative in identifying issues and driving resolution.
  
  

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst on global programmes, ideally within the fashion or retail sector.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model with both remote and in-office collaboration.
• Self-starter with a proactive, hands-on approach.
