What You’ll Be Doing

• Extracting and analyzing healthcare data to build reporting solutions that support compliance, quality, and performance
• Creating dashboards, scorecards, and visual reports using SQL, Tableau, and other tools
• Delivering crisp, data-driven presentations to internal stakeholders with clear takeaways
• Designing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned to Medicare Advantage goals
• Collaborating with analytics and operations teams to translate insights into business action
• Identifying trends, risks, and optimization opportunities within large datasets
• Supporting continuous improvement efforts with focused data analysis

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Expertise in building reports and dashboards using SQL, Tableau, or Alteryx
• Ability to distill complex datasets into clear business narratives
• Experience with CMS Risk Adjustment models or Medicare Advantage data
• Comfortable presenting findings directly to non-technical business leaders
• Knowledge of healthcare quality metrics or regulatory reporting requirements
