A leading energy company in Glasgow is seeking a Business Analyst to enhance software solutions for customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Computer Engineering or similar, with experience in delivering software solutions. This hybrid role offers competitive salary and benefits, including 36 days of annual leave and a supportive work environment.

The Team

You will be part of the Centre of Excellence, which is a multi-discipline engineering team of around 100 talented individuals. We drive the delivery of software solutions to meet the fast-moving needs of the business. We are looking for like-minded people to join us on our journey.
What you'll be doing
ScottishPower's Business Analysts play a key role in driving our roadmap of improvements to help deliver the best possible experience to our customers. You ll work on specific projects critical to ScottishPower's needs and with opportunities to switch teams and areas of focus. You ll act as the bridge between the business stakeholders and the software developers, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, understood, and successfully delivered.
