Job Title: Business Analyst/Product Owner

Location: Oxford, UK (Hybrid)

Salary: £40,000

We’re looking for a Business Analyst/Product Owner to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering high-impact features across our product suite. If you enjoy turning strategy into action and keeping the customer at the heart of everything, this could be your next move.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and deliver the product vision and roadmap
• Manage the product backlog, writing clear user stories and requirements
• Work closely with development teams during sprints and releases
• Define MVPs, gather feedback, and iterate based on data and insight
• Support QA, release processes, DR testing, and infrastructure upgrades
• Engage with customers and internal teams to triage and prioritise issues
• Ensure all work aligns with internal processes and business goals

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ year as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar (E-commerce experience a plus)
• Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira/Confluence
• Skilled in turning product strategies into actionable stories
• Confident communicator with technical understanding and stakeholder experience
• Analytical mindset, with data-led decision making
• Passion for great user experience and continuous improvement
• Degree or equivalent preferred; CSPO certification a bonus
