Hourly Rate: £57.00 PAYE OR £76.97 Umbrella inside IR35

Hours per week: 37

Overview

BAE Systems is looking for a forward-thinking and results-driven Business Analyst – Process Harmonisation to join the Group Supply Chain Functional Excellence team. In this critical role, you will drive process optimisation across our end-to-end supply chain, identifying opportunities for harmonisation, compliance, and value delivery.

Skills
  • Proven expertise in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience working within complex, matrixed organisations.
  • Green Belt (or higher) certification in Lean Six Sigma.
The Job
  • Lead the methodology and execution of end-to-end supply chain process mapping using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar approaches.
  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain Process Harmonisation Working Group to capture current processes and define improvement opportunities.
  • Benchmark internal and external best practices to inform harmonisation and efficiency strategies.
  • Support the publication of a strategic White Paper identifying current capabilities and future improvement opportunities.
