Job Description:

As a Business Analyst within our Payments Team, you will lead strategic initiatives, promote process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative payment solutions. You will analyze and document business requirements, facilitate agile ceremonies, and act as a subject matter expert in the payments domain, ensuring compliance and best practices.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analysis and documentation of business requirements related to payment systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
  • Develop and maintain detailed functional specifications, process maps, and user stories.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure successful implementation of payment solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in the payments domain, providing guidance and support to other team members.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and validate system changes to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the payments team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in the payments domain, with a focus on business analysis.
  • Strong understanding of payment systems, technologies, and industry regulations.
  • Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and functional specifications.
  • Leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring teams.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools (., Scrum, Kanban).
