• Markets background - Venues knowledge preferable but not a prerequisite.
• Operating Model Experience - design through to implementation.
• Experience with MiFID II and EMIR, exposure to regulation preferable.
• Preparation of key project artefacts - process flow, tasks analysis, RACI, gap analysis.
• Good presentation skills and ability to work with and present to senior stakeholders.
• KPI preparation and explanation.
