What you'll do
- Analyse business needs, gaps, and opportunities to design effective processes and technology solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation - from Requirement Definition Documents to User Guides and integration guides.
- Act as the link between our third-party solution provider and the business, ensuring smooth communication and problem resolution.
- Support acceptance testing, root cause analysis, and successful launch activities.
- Help build business cases for new initiatives, identifying benefits and ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Work with Change Management to ensure new capabilities are integrated smoothly into the business.
What you'll bring
- 2+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or in a product role, ideally in vehicle funding or financial services.
- Strong analytical skills - able to uncover both stated and hidden requirements.
- Experience with third-party systems and integrations.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- Understanding of Agile and Design Thinking principles.
Bonus points for
- Automotive, retail, or tech industry experience.
- Knowledge of Sopra Banking System or similar vehicle funding software.
- Salesforce knowledge.
