Job Description

Role: Business Analyst (Techno Functional)
Technology: Murex Front Office/Back Office, Business Analysis
Business Unit: FSDCG

We are seeking techno-functional Business Analysts specializing in Murex front office or back office functions to join our Capital Markets Practice. As a Murex consultant, you will lead engagement efforts from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development, and deployment. You will be key in problem discovery, guiding project teams, and participating in architecture and design reviews. Additionally, you will contribute to business pursuits, client training, and in-house capability building, shaping solutions that adapt to the evolving global landscape.

Skills/Expertise/Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in a techno-functional role
• Hands-on experience with Murex 3.1
• Strong expertise in capital markets, especially Debt, FX Asset classes
• Proficiency in troubleshooting Murex technical issues and managing Support SLAs
• Understanding of technology related to product implementation, systems integration, and data migration
• Experience in requirement analysis, SDLC, change management, and product management including version and configuration control
• Proficiency in SQL/PL-SQL, Unix/Shell scripting, XML technologies
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a high-pressure trading environment

Back Office Experience:

• Expertise in BO functions, MXML/Post Trade workflows
• Knowledge of setting up accounting rules
• Experience in BO configuration, GOM setup, and interface development

Or Front Office Experience:

• Strong expertise in FO functions
• Experience in FO configuration, GOM setup, and pre-trade rules
