Job Description:

10+ years of working experience in the London Insurance Market with strong knowledge of end-to-end London Market Bureau Processing. Engagement could be with carriers, brokers, underwriters, bureaus, or technology organizations.

Job Responsibilities

• Engage with client teams to define and document business test requirements.
• Collaborate with carrier and broker process owners to understand current workflows, systems, and responsibilities.
• Create and maintain requirement traceability documents.
• Develop test plans, strategies, scenarios, and cases/scripts.
• Execute testing at various project stages to validate solutions.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and support business users.
• Drive QA delivery from offshore teams.
• Trace business requirements to future state designs.
• Mentor team members and report on project progress.

The skills you'll need

Must have an analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize. You should also have:

• Experience with business analysis tools and techniques (desirable).
• Background in delivering BA/QA projects within the London Market Insurance sector, with understanding of E2E bureau processing and ACORD messages.
• An understanding of business processes and data from all actors' perspectives (broker, carrier, technical processing).
• Experience managing small teams.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized, minimizing rework.
• Independence in responsibilities and ability to lead teams towards successful delivery.
• Ability to understand complex data models and system structures.
