We're Hiring: Loan IQ Business Analyst (Cross-Training Opportunity)

Location: Must be within a commutable distance to Radbroke (Hybrid)

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a Business Analyst role, including:

• Requirements gathering
• Translating business needs into functional specs
• Working with acceptance criteria (data/process flows, models, etc.)

Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience

Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence

Familiarity with Viseo

Experience working in an Agile or Scrum SDLC environment

Great attention to detail and ability to write technical documentation (for Technical BA roles)
