As a member of this PMO team of 7, you will work closely with another Business Analyst and be part of a friendly, collaborative environment where knowledge is shared, and professional growth is encouraged.

The Opportunity

Seeking a Business Analyst who can lead conversations with senior stakeholders incl. partners or attorneys, but who will also perform the 'hands-on' work at every stage of the business analysis cycle.

This is a chance to make a real impact delivering full value from new products and by re-engineering processes, implementing automation, and shaping the future of operational efficiency within the firm.

The Role

• Analyse and re-engineer processes, identifying inefficiencies and optimizing workflows.
• Design and implement automated solutions, improving accuracy and reducing manual work.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and build consensus.
• Create process maps, workflow diagrams, and user stories.
• Lead testing, training, and change management initiatives.
  
  

About You

• Proven experience in business analysis within complex organizations.
• Formal qualifications in Business Analysis (e.g., BCS, Agile BA Practitioner).
• Strong skills in process re-engineering, automation, and Agile methods.
• Proficiency in process modelling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
