Job Description:

Salt is working with one of the world’s leading FMCG companies who are undergoing a significant Business Transformation Programme supported by SAP S/4 HANA, aiming for process and data standardisation and simplification on a global scale.

The Business Analyst will support the design and delivery of scalable SAP S/4 HANA Supply Chain solutions, focusing on Malting and Distilling in Scotland. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts in Distillation & Maturation to align business capability plans with S4Hana delivery.

You will:
* Capture current business processes during design workshops
* Align local processes with global standards, working with global D&T teams
* Document functional requirements for SAP S4/HANA implementation
* Identify future opportunities and provide external insights
* Support application rationalisation roadmap
* Review and support testing output.
* Assist in market deployment, focusing on data and cutover
* Communicate across workstreams to align plans
* Align technology with business requirements in partnership with Supply
* Ensure builds align with architectural standards and roadmaps

You will need:
* Deep knowledge of SAP architecture, data models, and capabilities
* Proficiency in Supply Distillation & Maturation processes
* Understanding of Agile and Waterfall Methodologies
* Competency in designing and deploying SAP solutions
* Effective project scoping and delivery
* Experience with SAP, PowerBI, QlikSense
* Strong technical knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA
* Ability to assess business capability maturity for strategic outcomes
