A day in the life

As a Business Analyst, you will develop analytic solutions to drive deep dives, provide insights into the health and state of operations, and measure business impact. You will transform data into actionable information, making it accessible to stakeholders worldwide. Your tasks will include creating datasets, reports, dashboards, metadata modeling, and pipeline monitoring. You will collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements, structure scalable data solutions, and understand key datasets. You will also drive the adoption of new analytic technologies, optimize query performance on large datasets, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for business or product improvements.

About the team

We are seeking a Business Analyst for the TSE (Trustworthy Shopping Experience) Operations Analytics team, which provides insights and analytical solutions to improve operational efficiency, uncover risks and trends, reduce errors, enhance customer experience, and optimize future operations.

Minimum requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field.
  • 3+ years of experience with Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, Power Pivots) and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • 3+ years of business or financial analysis experience.
  • Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to derive business insights.
  • Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders.
  • Experience working with very large datasets.
