Job Description Business Analyst – HR Systems Implementation – Outside IR35 Contract

Our sister company Stellarmann is seeking a contract Business Analyst. Stellarmann builds teams of associates to deliver technology and change programmes, including for a global professional services firm.

You'll be suitable for this role if:

1. You have strong experience delivering business analysis for complex HR system implementations.
2. You are confident engaging with senior HR and Legal stakeholders.
3. You have supported RFP/RFI, Proof of Concept, and vendor selection processes.
4. You can work independently and communicate clearly across workstreams.
5. You have experience working in Waterfall environments.
6. You are comfortable working with sensitive financial and regulatory data.
7. Experience with Monday.com and multi-entity environments is desirable.

This is an outside IR35 contract paying competitive market rates. The role offers hybrid working with offices based in Central London.
