About Us:

We’re an IT company operating multiple online dating businesses focused on increasing user lifetime value, retention, and monetization. Our product operates on a credit-based messaging system. We already have a dedicated Data Analyst creating dashboards in Tableau — now we’re looking for a Business Analyst to interpret data and help us act on it.

Location: Remote

Salary: £65,000 – £75,000

About the Role:

As our Business Analyst, you’ll bridge data and growth by turning Tableau dashboards into actionable business decisions. You’ll work with Product, CRM, and Leadership to identify revenue opportunities, analyze user behavior, and prioritize initiatives that impact growth.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze user funnels, churn, credit purchasing, and cohort LTV using Tableau dashboards.
• Identify top revenue opportunities and provide insights with estimated ROI.
• Collaborate with Product to define and prioritize features for retention and monetization.
• Work with CRM to find campaign opportunities based on user behavior.
• Design and analyze A/B tests (pricing, upsells, onboarding).
• Build business cases and revenue forecasts for new initiatives.
• Monitor business health through performance metrics regularly.

Requirements:

• 5+ years as a Business or Growth Analyst in digital products, SaaS, gaming, or dating platforms.
• Strong experience with Tableau — exploring and interpreting complex datasets.
• Ability to link user behavior to revenue outcomes.
• Knowledge of retention, LTV, CAC, ARPU, and cohort analysis.
• Clear communication of insights and recommendations.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast environment.
• Results-oriented with growth ideas, not just reports.
