Job Description

Lead Business Analyst in the Customer Data programme, working with stakeholders across the bank to deliver prioritised outcomes. Responsibilities include:

  • Capturing, validating, and documenting business and system requirements to ensure alignment with key strategic principles.
  • Interrogating and interpreting large volumes of data.
  • Conducting and supporting feasibility and solution options and impact analysis.
  • Translating user stories into technical requirements.

Support the organisation in achieving customer advocacy by understanding internal and external technology customer needs and documenting them in a readily understandable form.

Key Responsibilities
  • Producing business requirements to inform future state design and supporting teams in understanding the requirements.
  • Writing business requirements, user stories, and epics as required.
  • Understanding, challenging, and developing business, customers, strategic goals, and team operations to support desired outcomes.
  • Collaborating closely with the business and feature team to ensure transparency of vision and requirements.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and managing junior colleagues.
  • Articulating and quantifying business impacts to inform stakeholder decisions.
  • Managing complex domain, cross-franchise, and pan-group requirements analysis for technology solutions.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of Business Analyst experience.
  • Experience working in the Banking industry.
  • Thorough analysis skills.

Nice to have: experience working across multiple processes and systems or franchises, and previous work on Customer data.
