A leading technology company is seeking a Business Analyst – Fund Administration for a client project based in London, UK. This hybrid role involves leading workshops, supporting business discussions, and documenting process flows and requirements concerning Open Ended/Close Ended Funds projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilitating discussions between business and technical teams and quickly adapting to project needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops between business and technical teams.
• Document outputs from Target Operating Model discussions.
• Create process flows, BRDs, data flows, and requirements.
• Identify other tasks where BA support can benefit the project.
• Be adaptable and recognize opportunities to contribute beyond initial scope.

• Ideally someone who has previously worked on & has knowledge of Open Ended / Close Ended Funds projects – who understands the terminology and can follow along in workshops with the business and technical teams
• Can lead and facilitate workshops with both the business and the technical teams
• Can support the business and guide them through Target Operating Model discussions & help document the output
• Following workshops / discussions can quickly and accurately pull together process flows, BRDs, data flows and requirements
• Can be adaptable and recognise / identify when there are other tasks / areas that could benefit from BA support on the project
