Purpose of the role

It is a truly exciting time to join U as we are embarking on an ambitious multi-year plan to expand U's position in the UK market. A key component of this expansion is the evolution and iterative user-focused development of the U digital proposition and our ability to engage with our users through our new Customer Engagement Platform.

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (BA) to support the WhatsOn upgrade. The BA will be responsible for translating business requirements into data maps and system architecture diagrams.
