BUSINESS ANALYST - FLEXCUBE IMPLEMENTATION

Wipro is looking for a Business Analyst with previous experience of Core Banking Software. This is a new role which will be at the heart of the growth agenda for the organisation. The role will have a primary focus for overseeing all phases of our clients' Oracle FLEXCUBE implementation project.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for all the phases of FLEXCUBE implementation activities.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Analysing, designing, testing, and supporting complete end-to-end solutions.
2. Work collaboratively as part of an internationally distributed business embedded agile team.
3. Excel when working closely with users and colleagues to create optimal business solutions.
4. Provide user support and co-ordinate across other IT teams.
5. Gain an understanding of the business needs from stakeholders, act as their voice within the wider team and transform requirements into epics and user stories to achieve business goals.
6. Structure requirements, write user stories/specifications and work with development team for software delivery within an Agile framework.
7. Identify people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements.
8. Identify opportunities to improve business processes.
9. Be part of the wider team’s production support rotation, assisting with root cause analysis and identifying issues that need to be refined for development.

MANDATORY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

1. Previous experience of working in the banking industry.
2. Previous experience of working on FLEXCUBE implementation projects, ideally the latest version.
3. Have a deep understanding of FLEXCUBE project implementation activities (Requirement Gathering, User Training, Parameter & Product Configuration, Testing, Migration).
4. Capable of interacting with senior and junior business stakeholders from various banks.
5. Knowledge of FLEXCUBE Loans & Oracle Banking Payments is a must.
6. Educated to a degree level, preferably within finance, banking or IT.
