Business Analyst - Financial Crime - Multiple Roles

I have multiple Business Analyst and Senior Business Analyst roles available with a Life and Pensions client as part of a large Financial Crime programme.

Location: Hybrid - 2 days per week in London

Duration: 6-12 Months initially, with extensions to follow

Salary: £600 - £700 inside IR35 via Umbrella

Requirements:

  • Must have Financial Crime experience

Skills / Experience:

  • Experience in people/org design implementation
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Collaborative approach
  • Experience working on Financial Crime programmes within large organisations
  • Proactive and front-footed attitude
  • Experience creating Process Maps
  • Gathering and documenting business requirements related to organisational design and implementation
  • Analyzing existing processes and identifying areas for change
